We want you to be completely satisfied with your PISTEOS order. If something is not right, you may return your order within 14 days in accordance with the conditions below.

14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Returns within this period are free of charge. PISTEOS will provide the necessary return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Please take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage or use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount where permitted by law.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will send you the return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
